About me

As Strategic Advisor & Equity Partner of London AI Studio and a Fractional CIO/Chief AI Officer, I help organisations transform IT from a cost centre into a growth engine. My expertise spans AI adoption, ERP modernisation, cloud transformation, and M&A IT integration—where I've consistently delivered multi-million-pound savings, improved resilience, and created measurable business outcomes.

I served as CIO at Esko Graphics, leading enterprise-wide digital transformation, global ERP rollouts, AI-powered automation, and eight successful M&A integrations—all tightly aligned with P&L goals and business growth.

Previously, I spent 18 years with Danaher/Veralto operating companies, holding global IT leadership roles across Europe, the US, and Asia. I scaled IT organisations, built high-performing teams, and strengthened cybersecurity and compliance (SOX, GDPR) frameworks, whilst driving ERP and business process transformation at scale.
